Are your candles and wax melts edible?
No. Although our products look and smell incredibly realistic, they are made from wax and are not edible. Please keep them away from children and pets.
What wax do you use?
Our candles are handcrafted using a premium coconut and paraffin wax blend for an excellent scent throw and beautiful finish. Our wax melts are made with high-quality wax selected specifically for strong fragrance performance.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured and handcrafted in small batches by SBSTRANDCOLLECTION. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color and appearance are normal and make every piece unique.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on the candle size and how it's cared for.
- Small candles: approximately 25–35 hours
- Medium candles: approximately 40–60 hours
- Large candles: approximately 60+ hours
Why does my candle look different from the photos?
Since every candle is handmade, decorative toppings, colors, and details may vary slightly while maintaining the same overall design.
How do I use wax melts?
Place 1–2 wax melts into the dish of an approved wax warmer. Never add water. Allow the wax to melt completely and enjoy the fragrance until it fades.
How long do wax melts last?
Most wax melts provide 8–20 hours of fragrance depending on the scent, warmer temperature, and room size.
Can I reuse my wax melts?
Yes. Continue using the melted wax until the fragrance becomes faint, then remove the old wax and replace it with a fresh melt.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom candles and wax melts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, gifts, and special events. Contact us before ordering to discuss your ideas.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handmade and personal care is involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.
How should I care for my candle?
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges during the first burn.
- Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, and pets.
Are your candles safe to burn with the decorative toppings?
Yes. The decorative wax toppings are made from wax and are designed to melt along with the candle. Always follow proper candle safety guidelines while burning.
